Warranty Terms
Our two-year manufacturer’s warranty is valid throughout Germany and is independent of the statutory warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free repairs or adjustments in case of issues with the movement, case, or metal bracelets, provided the watch has been operated according to the instructions.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty, even if they occur within the warranty period:
No warranty is provided on technical wear parts that are subject to normal aging, such as the mainspring (only in mechanical watches), crowns, pushers, case tubes, case back seals, and glass seals related to water resistance. All seals are wear parts and can harden and lose their function after just one year. Please also refer to the question “Is my watch water-resistant?” for more information.
Furthermore, we do not provide any warranty for typical signs of wear. This includes leather straps, damage to the glass, case, and bezel, unless these are due to a manufacturing defect, as well as damage caused by the customer. This includes, for example, consequential damage resulting from impacts or shocks.
To claim the warranty, the warranty certificate must be presented. Please send this along with the invoice and a description of the defect to our service department. Kindly include the purchase receipt and the completed warranty certificate with the article number and serial number (see case back engraving).
